How long

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them, and for no more than 12 months if they do not become a booking. For confirmed stays, the periods set by tax rules apply.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, restrict their processing or object to it by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools.
